The organic butcher's shop Griffon is one of the addresses not to be missed! Indeed, present in Saumur, on the central market place, since 1997, it is a real institution. Its longevity and its experience ensure you an irreproachable quality of the products as well as an incomparable craft know-how. The butcher's shop has very specific quality commitments from which it does not depart. Among other things, only meat breeds such as Limousin, Charolais or Blonde d'Aquitaine raised in meadows are selected.

LA boucherie-charcuterie de Saumur. Le choix des viandes est excellent, tout comme leur qualité : à noter qu'une proportion croissante des viandes est issue de l'agriculture biologique ; et quand le bio s'allie à la qualité avec un conseil compétent et aimable, que demander de plus !
