This is a small-scale company that eats the kitchen. The Green Cross Oyilerie has been producing oils for over a hundred years and its brand La Tourangelle has managed to maintain this tradition, and even more so with its fine oils from all oil plants in the world. A surprising range of aromatized gourmet oils is offered to gourmets in surprising delicately perfumed compositions, since the eye counts as much as the palace. We tested special wok oils with lemonry and Thai basilic, one based on truffle seeds, avocado oils, almond… Every year new oils come out of the laboratory, including for body care!
