DOMAINE DAMIEN LAUREAU
Damien installed his cellar in 2007 in a former area located in Epiré, the fief of the best known white wines of Anjou has gradually installed his passion on the heights of Loire to produce savennières. He bought partly from the plots, some to Chamboureau to make savennières-rock-to-monks, as well as a few acres above the casting of Squeezing. It was therefore on these different plots of savennières that this talented wine grower would thoroughly makes his crops, some of which were mini with an exaggerated minéralité that one accompanied a kitchen made of fish, Asian dishes or spicy. They call Les Genêts, La Petite Roche, la Roche aux Moines or the solid and impertinent Bel Book.
