For more than thirty years, the Chevallier family has reigned over this chateau-like estate, whose saumur-champigny has remained, from father to son, one of the most reliable values. It's essential to taste the estate's benchmarks: the Grand Clos cuvée, aged for sixteen months in barrel, a Cabernet of rare concentration, rich and velvety, and the Clos des Cormiers Chenin, harvested in three selections and delivered to barrel for eleven months, as well as the white saumur and champigny Vieilles Vignes.
