You are immediately charmed when you enter the premises, with its small room with light parquet flooring, its view of the Bergerie wine estate and its open kitchen where a studious atmosphere reigns! Sweetness, freshness, flavours... Langoustines in raviole, veal onglet, wild meagre with shallots... the king products are all from the region: fish from the Nantes ocean fisheries, bread, vegetables and beef from Champ-sur-Layon, strawberries and asparagus from Valanjou. A refinement that has amply earned them their first Michelin star in 2017!
