You are immediately charmed when you enter the premises, with its small room with light parquet flooring, its view of the Bergerie wine estate and its open kitchen where a studious atmosphere reigns! Sweetness, freshness, flavours... Langoustines in raviole, veal onglet, wild meagre with shallots... the king products are all from the region: fish from the Nantes ocean fisheries, bread, vegetables and beef from Champ-sur-Layon, strawberries and asparagus from Valanjou. A refinement that has amply earned them their first Michelin star in 2017!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous retournons dans ce restaurant, et la première fois nous n'avions pas attendu autant.
De plus, la première fois nous avions eu le choix dans le pain, la juste de la baguette coupée.
Dommage ,pour l'attente je crois que je n'y retournerai pas.
