Since the 17th century, this estate has been run by the Valillant family. Currently, the vineyard is treated with biodynamics. In organic wines, we find: anjou-red, anjou-villages, bonnezeaux, coteaux-du-layon, anjou blanc as well as sparkling and vintage wines, from several grape varieties (chenin, cabernet, grolleau...). We can distinguish Aubinaie (a red anjou), Varenne de Poirier (anjou-blanc), Cocainelles (anjou-villages). The vineyard is also planted with pineau d'Aunis, the oldest grape variety in the Loire, on a plot resting on falun. We note the beautiful minerality of the production and the infinite range of flavours offered by these techniques that respect nature.
