RESTAURANT LE MIDI LIBRE
Canteen offering local, seasonal cuisine
A lunchtime canteen for local workers and residents, Le Midi Libre is first and foremost a fine dining establishment, with two terraces, a first floor and gourmet dishes at reasonable prices. A rare commodity these days! The chef, Anthony, who has worked at Le Favre d'Anne and L'Hoirie, is passionately creative, offering French, local and seasonal cuisine, sometimes tinged with international influences, like this butternut hummus and chorizo iberico as a starter or this chicken curry lemon wok as a main course. And since last year, on the shelves in the entrance hall, the chef's jars stand alongside beers from La Florencière, vinegars and mustards from Vinaigrerie de l'Authion, cookies from La Petite Maison Angevine and other local delicacies!
