Restaurant offering a delicious seasonal cuisine in Turquant.
Delicate dishes and refined flavours are the order of the day: forgotten vegetables, parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes accompany fish but also, and this is less common, deer and geese, the menu varying with the seasons. The roast leg of lamb with potatoes and garlic confit is particularly good, but for those who prefer seafood, the freshwater fish stew is also very good. A nice vegetarian plate is proposed with its "mushroom steak" and its "sausage" with mushrooms spiced with Alex's flavours.

Joli cadre typique troglodyte mais salle de restaurant très mal chauffée (très désagréable lorsque l’on prend un repas)
Faites moins de manières et offrez de la meilleure cuisine ou bien modérez vos prix !!!
Le pain perdu n'a rien de trop gourmand non plus. Bref déçue de la cuisine.
Le service est bien, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Après de là à dire comme certains avis qu'il est top et chaleureux ... ce n'est pas mon ressenti. Le cadre sympathique mais pas fou non plus.
La cuisine est excellente et très bien présentée, on a passé un super moment, je recommande !
