DOMAINE DES SANZAY
The vines, made up of Cabernet Franc, are planted on a magnificent limestone sand terroir, which gives the wine its distinctive character. The grapes are harvested when ripe and undergo fermentation without yeast in temperature-controlled vats, followed by infusion maceration for 30 days. The wine is then aged in concrete tanks and bottled during the summer. The result is a wine with a personality marked by its terroir, offering a deep red color and a nose of small black fruits. On the palate, it is fleshy and opulent, with a silky tannic structure.
