OFFICE DE TOURISME ANJOU VIGNOBLE ET VILLAGES-BUREAU DE BRISSAC
Tourist information office offering numerous hiking trails in the charming villages of the area.
20 kilometres south of Angers, the Brissac tourist information office is located in a town that is the capital of the Aubance region, renowned for its sweet wines. The castle of Brissac, one of the highest in France, stands there like a giant. Located on a rocky spur, the capital of about ten delegated communes, the village was built between the castle and the steep slopes of Aubance. Brissac is the starting point for many hiking trails of all levels; whether you are a simple walker, experienced hiker, cyclist, rider, geocaching enthusiast... there is something for everyone! You will discover with happiness a protected natural area, the charming villages typical of the surroundings, and also the production of the winegrowers. Of course, you will find all the usual services, plus here a disabled reception with Braille brochures, a drinking water point, luggage lockers and bicycle repair kits. The shop area provides guides and craft and regional products. In case the tourist office is closed, an interactive terminal is there to guide you efficiently.
