MAISON BÉCAM BRISSAC
When Nicolas Bécam launched his bakery-pastry project in 2005, he probably had no idea that he would be in charge, a dozen years later, of 7 addresses, including a central laboratory where recipes are prepared. Maison Bécam is also a real catering service, sweet and salty. In association with the company Bakarat, specialized in the management of private parties, the team takes care of your family and corporate receptions. For each event, there are adapted formulas, with sweet and savoury boxes: macaroons with foie gras, gougères, tomato-curry cakes, mini club-sandwiches with salmon and other poppy seed puffs, choc'o roi, the dessert created by the house.
