DOMAINE DE BABLUT
The estate dates back to 1546, when the family began farming the surrounding hillsides. Millers and winemakers, they have devoted themselves exclusively to wine since the late 19th century. Since then, each generation has perpetuated this know-how by turning to biodynamic viticulture, with organic certification obtained in 1996. Among their creations, the "Ordovicien" white wine seduces with its smoky aromas and candied fruit notes. As for the Cabernet rosé, carefully aged, it becomes an original dessert wine, testifying to the richness of the Anjou terroir. The estate, which holds the Demeter label for biodynamic viticulture, is an example of commitment to wines that respect nature.
