Château de Fosse-Sèche is a historic winegrowing estate dating back to the Middle Ages. Since 1998, the Pire family has cultivated 15 hectares of organic and biodynamic vines, certified by Ecocert and Biodyvin. The composition of the soil, combined with a cool, breezy exposure, gives Fosse-Sèche wines a distinctive straightforwardness that is much appreciated by Michelin-starred chefs. In 2024, Château de Fosse-Sèche was awarded a bronze medal in the "La biodiversité c'est mon domaine" competition, in recognition of its commitment to biodiversity.
