Located in a traditional Béarnaise house, this farm-inn welcomes you in a particularly attractive atmosphere. You will be able to observe the daily life of chickens and chickens, but also that of pigs going into the woods or the cows of Aubrac watching over the ducks and geese... unless it's the other way round! In other words, the quality here is frighteningly authentic and to sit at the table to taste these marvels is a pure moment of happiness made in Béarn. Potted chicken, boneless stuffed quail, homemade garbure, ember pudding and caramelized apples, stuffed chicken and cabbage, roasted goose and bean stew... safe and perfectly made traditional recipes are on the menus and you'll remember them! To prolong the pleasure, preserves from the farm are on sale, from whole duck confit to cassoulet, including foie gras and chicken fricassee with Jurançon, a complete address of the Béarnais region!

Une superbe auberge qui propose une poule au pot qui est un régal pour les papilles;
Il y aussi d'autres plats qui sont tous à manger avec plaisir.
PLAISIR : c'est le mot pour évoquer cet endroit.
Gilles le patron travaille dur pour proposer ses plats, desserts, entrées.
On peut même commander des conserves sur internet si on veut ramener un peu de Béarn chez soi.
