LE SALVERT
In the old renovated farmhouse, the Salvert, where its name, and located on the edge of the pond of Olivet, Marie-Laure and Sébastien Philouze, invites you to discover an exceptional natural site and to make your taste buds travel around fresh and regional products. You can sample, for example, a place pack Yellow at the Vadouvan on a fondue of carrots and leeks, a rôti roast beef filet, a potato cake and mushrooms from Paris, a Marchand sauce of wine or fish, fried vegetables Thai, Bouillon vegetable broth, parfumé vegetable broth and dinafem pepper. The restaurant can accommodate 40 people inside and 40 on the terrace. Banquet possible from 15 persons and upon reservation.
