LE SALVERT
The advantage of a gourmande shopping at Salvert is that we have time, on the route of Laval at Genest-Saint Isle, drool in the car thinking about the good meal that we will do there! Obviously anyone who comes to lunch will reserve a table on the terrace (40 seats) to have a wonderful view of the pond of Olivet. As for the gastronomic cuisine of Sébastien Philouze, the formulas at midday allow to discover it at 16 €. For evening gourmets, menus range from 24 € to 49 € and allow you to enjoy dishes that you don't necessarily eat at home. We think of tatin d to the apple, net trout net, pan-fried beef fillet "minute", pick of potato at Brie de Meaux and its juice reduced, and among other desserts, pear pochée with red wine, creamy chocolate and its Dacquoise biscuit, sherbet and pear grout. Thanks to the welcome given by the charming Marie-Laure, which is the height of the chosen dishes, you have realized that the renovated Farm of the Salvert is an excellent moment, especially as the decoration does not make the walls of the paintings very pleasant.
