You can start the day with a tasty French breakfast. For your meals, master-restaurant Philippe Cauchois offers dishes prepared from local and seasonal products. You can start with chataîgnes cream with its chips chips and foie foie, or by a crêpes of crêpes by with salt and ice. For the dish, you also have the choice: a roasted partridge with its fatty liver sauce, a dos hare back, or a pavé pavé. In the dessert, incorporating the crack of the Grand Marnier, or the chocolate marchioness and its English cream. Two rooms can accommodate up to 25 guests in one and 35 in the other.
