In Ciboure, the excellence of Guillaume Roget who brings out the best of the sea and the land with vegetal notes.
Guillaume Roget once again plays his gastronomic part, highlighting the best of the sea and land with floral and vegetal notes. The restaurant's setting, with its gentle, friendly atmosphere overlooking the small port of the coastal village of Ciboure, adds to the pleasure of tasting. Market cuisine (the fish market is opposite the restaurant), seasonal produce and 3 menus from 3 to 6 courses. Pastries are another example of the mastery of pastry chef Maxime Badeuil. The wine list is equally impressive, thanks to the sommelier's selections.
