Since 1946, Biraben has been offering you ducks and geese of rare quality; with certified origins, red label and PGI, an excellence that the know-how that has been passed on for three generations today brings to the top. Every year, sales increase, the company is rewarded at the agricultural competition of the International Agricultural Show and of course innovations: these little jewels are worth gold like the medals obtained in Paris. Foie gras, whole, half cooked, poached, with Jurançon, duck breasts, confits, gourmet terrines, with Landes or Basque flavours, pure duck or goose rillettes, Espelette chilli pies, liver.... The creation is perpetual, the novelties always on the agenda and the delight unchanged. This may be one of the keys to this family success. Always excellent and dreadfully inspired, the Biraben brand remains the brand of perfect tastes!

Pas d'os dans la pâté pour chien, là c'est scandaleux !!!
