The Ferme farm is located inside the land of the Basque Country, 40 km from Bayonne. The Berho family here has ducks over 10 ha of course, with 800 m of water. The ducks are then stuffed between 15 and 17 days. Among the products sold here, everything that keeps the duck (thighs, breasts, sleeves, hearts, fins) and of course, foie gras…. From whole foie, whole half-baked, semi-conserve or block and block (50% liver).
