The cons : shop is very popular and can be full of tourists
The place is wonderful, a must seen if you pass in Espelette, they offer a small visit in their chocolate workshop (part of it for sure), and dégustation.
Two specialities of this place:
The chockate with piment (yes, it is spicy) is a wonderful accompaniment with coffee.
The othe one is the orangette, the fine layer of dark chocolate cove the orangette,
