Nearly 70 winemakers are on display here. And it's with pride, yet humility, that our seasoned caviste selects flasks from the finest producers, crafted in harmony with "Mother Nature". A trained sommelier, Alexandre also organizes tasting evenings accompanied by charcuterie platters, with an open stage for musicians. A great initiative that we really appreciate.
