This little bakery smells of home-made bread and pastries. A far cry from the industrial bakery, because here the essentials have been preserved: taste and more taste! Every day, our artisan baker repeats the same precise gestures, working the dough, which is alive and kicking, and giving shape to the bread by personalizing it. The flour comes from certified organic mills, with highly hydrated sourdough doughs that are impossible to shape by machine. All kinds of breads, viennoiseries and savoury/sweet pastries made with the same ethic.
