This large, large bakery offers a wide selection of breads cooked on-site, delicious. All the classics are there, such as country bread, chopsticks, full bread or nuts but nice specialities deserve to be discovered, especially breads in cereals or chestnuts and figs. But not only, because the strong point of the establishment is its sandwich service for midday allowing to simplify the breaks of lunch a little short. A snack area with tables and chairs allows you to eat them on site, which is very convenient for the stops. Each sandwich is made with fresh homemade baguettines, the preparations are varied alternant raw vegetables, cheese, meat or salmon for all tastes. We love the Béarnais with antique sauce, sheep and ham cheese! These formulas can be accompanied by a small cake of the pastry stand, very well filled and very greedy. Finally, another asset, a radius devoted to local products with wine and preserves highlights the flavours of the southwest: cassoulet, candied, honey, jams, liqueurs. The opening schedule is perfect and really a good smart plan!
