It's a gourmet's paradise, where you'll find everything to satisfy your sweet and savoury cravings. The famous black cherries that macerate in the workshop. The other attraction: chocolate with Espelette chilli pepper and Muxu d'Itxassou, a pear-flavoured cherry from Brana, coated in dark chocolate. Ewe and goat cheeses, sauces, ready-made meals all flavored with Espelette chili, Eki beers, Irouléguy wines and Basque linen. Quite a showcase.
