The first one is in Place du Fronton, the second one in the commercial area of Ordokia, at the entrance of the village, with Herriko beef, farm-raised veal, Manech pork, Iratzia farmed lamb, Basque Country lamb, farm-raised poultry from L'Aile or La Cuisse à Souraïde. The house also offers a catering service with imaginative dishes prepared and elaborated in the workshop, adjacent to the historic shop.
