CLOS LAPEYRE
The domain of Clos Lapeyre is first Jean-Bernard Larrieu, an epicurian in the sense of innate communication, figuring out the name and especially passionate character. He takes care of his vineyard, arranged on seven islands of 1 to 6 ha, and, with respect for it and the environment, undertakes to make only organic production, using biodynamic processes: a culture that allows its grape varieties to express the best of the land! A commitment that feels in every faith, according to the vintage and harvest, you will find 5 to 9 in dry white white, with each one a well-tempered personality! Exceptional cups are also the hallmark of the domain that is placed on the sunny autumns and ventilated to produce them. We strongly advise you to visit the chai to discover them through a tasting but not only: A museum of ancient tools shows them and it is once again exciting to discover ancestral techniques. An actor of ecotourism, the estate also allows a playful walk through vineyards with illustrations throughout the course and a playlist provided!
