LA FABRIQUE DE MACARONS
A charming setting featuring the instigator of this creation, Eugénie, pictured on the boxes presented in this boutique. A feast for the eyes and a real pleasure for the palate, with a plethora of macaroons made in the workshop. A beautiful story now revisited by Eugénie's grandson, Christophe. Here, there's no fat, no colorants, no preservatives and, of course, no flour. Just crushed, grated and ground dried fruits, such as almonds, hazelnuts and coconuts, which are "macaronned" with a little sugar and egg white.
