The Shepherds of Haut-Béarn are a group of béarnais producers who have partnered for the marketing of their cheeses. If they make them and hone them individually in their farms in the winter or in summer, they all follow a common quality charter… you will enjoy the benefits in this gourmet boutique. On a preserved land, the cattle farms of basco-béarnaises, cow's black cows and Montbéliardes, and goats are rhythmic by the flights towards altitude pastures.
