Nous sommes allés chez Etchemaité à l'occasion de mon anniversaire. Nous étions environ 20 personnes. J'ai pu faire choisir les plats en avance à mes invités et Mr Etchemaité a été très arrangeant. Le lieu est époustouflant de beauté, en plein milieu de la montagne. Quant à la nourriture, c'était juste incroyable. Nous nous sommes régalés ce qui a fait de ce moment, un moment inoubliable pour tous. J'ai vraiment apprécié aussi la gentillesse et la simplicité des choses dans l'organisation de cet évènement où je n'ai pas eu l'impression de gêner ou d'être obligée de 'me mettre au diapason' du restaurateur. C'est d'autant plus rare de nos jours que cela mérite d'être dit. Une valeur sûre donc car un établissement familial comme il en reste peu, avec de vraies valeurs et un amour des choses de qualité. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci beaucoup à Mr Etchemaité, à son fils en cuisine et à toute l'équipe!
