Our duo of young craftsmen-bakers-pastry-makers, who since taking over the running of this bakery-pastry shop 4 years ago, have set their sights on a job well done. Everything is made on the premises, in the laboratory at the back of the store: seed baguettes, farmhouse baguettes, twisted bread, rye bread... Fresh, gourmet viennoiseries, Basque cakes with cherry or rum vanilla, and a fine range of appealing, tasty pastries. Quite an expertise for this very young team, who trained with craftsmen!
