At the heart of this estate is a beautiful and diversified agricultural property, with 1,700 apple trees for homemade cider, and ducks too, for the use of the restaurant on site, but also for preserving it! The company has been processing many products to prepare delicious dishes for 35 years! You can enjoy them on the spot or take them home: cider, cider vinegar, apple juice, not to mention foie gras, confits, rillettes and pâtés! You will find all the ranges on the fairs and markets of the region. Feel free to contact the farm directly.
