DOMAINE COUSTARRET
The Bordenave-Coustaret area is located at a height of 380 m. Ancient site, it has been transmitted in the family for at least 7 generations and the house, dating back to 1842, is already a typical monument by its architecture. The owner of the site is Sébastien Bordenave-Coustaret, a hardworking worker who strives to make quality wines using all the specificities of Jurancon. The 5 hectares of operation are divided between 50% small manseng, 40% large manseng, and the rest in small courbu and camarlet, all cultivated according to the rules of organic farming whose wines bear the label. Its flagship wines are the Renaissance Tanker, the first dry to be produced here or la Cuvée Baru, a moelleux fruit of a late harvest appreciated by des. This passionate winemaker works his communication to present his production to both visitors at the vineyard and abroad through exports. A great success!
