You can't miss this beautiful store in this traffic circle, so spacious and already attractive from the outside. Inside, all the foies gras are displayed in a bright room. On one side, you'll see the Montfort foie gras in its trademark blue, while on the other you'll see the bright red Rougier foie gras, both of which have been taken over by Euralis Gastronomie, a second recent vocation for the group. With, of course, a high level of traceability from breeding to marketing, via hatcheries and feed, with IGP and IFS (International Food Standard) certifications, export approvals and more. At the heart of this fine ensemble, the wines of the region offer a fine selection. Also quite astonishing is the creation of a foie gras school, the aim of which is to initiate individuals and professionals to the art of foie gras-making, in a spectacular laboratory kitchen.
