On the road to the Kakuetta Gorges, Conserverie Hoberena offers a fine selection of local, gourmet products. Recognized for their quality (several times awarded medals at the Concours Général Agricole), the preserves showcase most of the Basque Country's gastronomic range. Beñat selects and cooks the finest products: souletine terrine, pâté basque, pork confit, lamb navarin, veal axoa, piperade, porcini mushrooms... visiting the region to the gorges of kakaouete, I discovered this shop sale of local or they sold the retains that they make on site. I enjoyed the piperade and the Basque pies and I enjoy me.
