A few kilometers from the entrance to Chantilly, the Verbois is a plush house (a former hunting lodge) extended by a beautiful veranda that opens onto a large garden. Beyond the setting, one frequents the establishment assiduously to appreciate the cuisine of Guillaume Guibet who has worthily succeeded his father in the kitchen, thus prolonging the very good reputation of the establishment. On the menu: crab, lobe of foie gras, pigeon with beet and blackberries, sweetbreads, pollack with carrots, bacon and basil sabayon, and that's just a taste!

C est avec retard que je donne mon avis ….. le mercredi 23 août 2023 midi pour les 90 ans de mon beau père, avons choisi le menu prestige, un délice ????. Restaurant que nous recommandons , très bon accueil, personnel serviable ,souriant et cadre agréable merci encore

Apparemment ça a l'air bon, mais vu la quantité dans l assiette, ça donne pas envie d y aller même si c est gastronomique, a ce prix je préfère m abstenir
