Here, all the work in the vineyard is totally done by the hand of man. In addition, Domaine Cauhapé is interested in older grape varieties such as Camaralet and Lauzet which are gradually being rehabilitated with a view to creating new dry jurançon. In addition, the winery allows the grapes to be treated with care and allows the production of critically acclaimed quality wines. Henri Ramonteu produces dry and sweet white wines on an exceptional terroir.
