DOMAINE NIGRI
At Domaine Nigri, Jean-Louis Lacoste warmly welcomes you to his winery whose modernity is appreciated. The site has belonged to his family for 4 generations, so much so that the passion for oenology is transmitted with passion, which you will quickly understand when you visit the 14-hectare farm. Here are cultivated grape varieties of the appellation gros and petit manseng, lauzet and camaralet. The vintages which are born there are worked with precision in the image of the dry Jurançon Confluences, made from three grape varieties, both fresh and fruity. Pas de Deux is a mix of small and large manseng while in the surprising Pierre de Lune, we find the mineral side of the fruit. Gold medal at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards, the cuvée Toute une histoire seduces with a background of exotic fruits and citrus fruits for a beautiful concentration of sweetness. The Hors Piste is a unique blend of the appellation which requires a very high level of maturity and only one glass of wine is harvested per vine. As rare as it is precious, it depends on specific weather conditions. At the Domaine, the quality wines are famous for their marked taste that you will be able to savour.
