An apiconfiturist, Michel Pons is passionate about it, but happy gourmands we are facing his delights! Here you will find jams made by traditional craftsmen, made from macerated fruit with, depending on the season, wild plants, others from the garden or grown organically and sometimes mixed with honey. The classic ranges such as black cherries, blueberries or strawberries are to be found, but we completely fall for the two-tone, yellow and red jam, with raspberry and apricot, preferred by Queen Margot according to Michel ! Do as not everyone is interested and he has fun, the chef, so much so that he tries unique compositions such as the apple jam caramel salted butter with Salies-de-Béarn salt as part of a twinning between the city of salt and a Breton town.... An exceptional address to discover and above all jams to enjoy without moderation!
