LA FERME PAULE BAYLACQ
With over 20 years of experience, the Baylacq farm is a real specialist in béarnaise gastronomy! Here, it's quite simple, the South-West jewels are at the rendez-vous and you can trust this passionate work done, they are excellent. Colourful mulards ducks are high open and stuffed to whole grain corn according to know-how that is transmitted in quality. The respect of traditions is at the centre of the canning activities and the result is without appeal: products are at the top level. You can discover them in shop, whole foie gras, candied, small homemade specialities like the sweet duck of foie gras, rillettes or fritons are the most famous. A home preserved side, excellence is the same with a dessert to duck sleeves, axoa, garbure, neck stuffed with foie gras, fairway, ceps cooked with duck fat… The fresh radius is filled with breasts, aiguillettes and hearts but also beef, pork, lamb and poultry from neighbouring breeders. We love the diversity of these producers who provide honey, broche cake, cheese and wine for a magnificent showcase of the land.
