This delicatessen is also a restaurant that offers menus made with excellent quality products. The garbure béarnaise is a must, but also awaits you with pretty home-made proposals such as the savoury tart with onion confit in Jurançon with ham and cow's cheese from Béarn, or the chacouka, piperade with ham and fried eggs. We also appreciate the plate specialities of Béarn with blood sausage and andouillette béarnaise. Typical and local flavours are proposed and Joël masters them to the point of sublimation.

Hemos llegado un poco más tarde de las 21h pero nos han aceptado. La terraza agradable, aunque con unos toldos muy bajos que desmerecen el espacio frente a la catedral. La cocina muy buena hemos comido trucha y el menú Landaise. Los postres magníficos. La atención impecable. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Excelente Relación calidad-precio
