A dry stone entrance, a small slate roof and basically a store that sings the land: Christine welcomes you with a beautiful smile and supers culinary tips, here the rays overflow from regional products… attention, the hardest is choir! The Basque cake is in 4 flavors, cream, chocolate, cherry or blueberry, sanded into 8 new recipes and one can only succumb to the fabulous range of 25 craft jams imagined by "Arts and Délices": White raspberry-chocolate, chocolate-chocolate, Jurançon fisheries… Garbure, pimp, preserved pork, duck, game, palomo salad, axoa, charcuterie, cheeses, wines… the flowers of the Basque region and beestais are there. The great classics combine original proposals and for visiting visitors, gift boxes can be made. In the summer season, a dining area welcomes you with foie gras or torrent torrent sponges and a specially appreciated specialty: the Country Base. Joël, the chef, has a true talent that is based on tasteful flavors and dishes are more than tasty.
