This delicatessen is also a restaurant that offers menus made with excellent quality products. The garbure béarnaise is a must, but also awaits you with pretty home-made proposals such as the savoury tart with onion confit in Jurançon with ham and cow's cheese from Béarn, or the chacouka, piperade with ham and fried eggs. We also appreciate the plate specialities of Béarn with blood sausage and andouillette béarnaise. Typical and local flavours are proposed and Joël masters them to the point of sublimation.

Excellent dîner! La poule farcie et le gâteau basque sont absolument délicieux.
Les bières bio « Aussau » sont très bonnes.
Une proposition végétarienne dans la carte serait appréciée.

Niet echt bijzondere maaltijd. Een salade met wat tomaat en 2 blaartjes sla. Noem ik geen Slade. Erbij wat kaas en tomaten salsa met 4 kleine stukjes brood. Vond ik mager voor de prijs.

Petit artisanat local,petite boutique ou vous trouverez les produits locaux. Il fait aussi bon pour manger mais réservez .ce petit restaurant est connu.
Mon seul problème je voulais un confit de canard mais celui-ci était sec. Les patrons sont charmants mais le service un peu long mais quand on est en vacances...
