Poultry breeders located in Saint-Martin d'Arrossa in the Basque Country, we offer our products to catering professionals, communities and individuals in our store in Ossès, on the road to Saint-Jean Pied de Port.
Aldabia is above all passionate breeders and a dynamic team. This proximity of all the trades imposes a high level of requirement at each phase of the production, in order to offer you first quality poultry.
Our Baserri chicken is raised in the Basque Country: from the egg to the preparation of the poultry, all the actors involved are located in the Basque Country. From the egg to the poultry, all the actors involved are located in the Basque Country: brooders, breeders, poultry farmers: everything is local, including the production of feed, which means less transport, packaging and storage. A respectful method that contributes today to a better preservation of the environment tomorrow.
