It goes without saying that Stéphane Carrade's arrival at Villa Navarre did not go unnoticed, since it was accompanied by the award of a Michelin star! The fruit of immense hard work and a passion for creating exceptional dishes. The fine history of the Maison Ruffet, originally based in Jurançon, continues in this villa in Pau, nestled in a wooded park. Chef Christophe Canati and his team prepare a unique 6-course Gascon-inspired gastronomic menu that evolves over time. Delights include Casanova oysters, wild Adour salmon with sheep's greuil, roast pigeon or fine beet mousseline with geranium... Bravissimo!
