El alojamiento nos indica que debemos hacer el check in a las 15:00 horas. Llegamos cerca de las 16:00 y nos indican. Que no se puede entregar aún nuestro alojamiento.
Tras la espera nos dan nuestro alojamiento y para nuestra sorpresa. Nos dan un apartamento mal oliente, sucio y poco higiénico. El baño huele horrible a orina. Todas las paredes llenas de manchas, la grifería sucia, completamente llena de manchas y pegotes.
Se le indica al personal de "limpieza" dicho asunto y solo se limita a ofrecer un AMBIENTADOR.
- Avisamos en recepción sobre este tan desagradable inconveniente y nos dicen que volverían a "limpiar", regresamos a la habitación y todo está igual. Mal oliente y todo manchado. Las paredes del baño todas llenas de manchas y un olor a orina abrumador. Muy desagradable.
Vuelvo a recepción para indicar este tan bochornoso y asqueroso problema y solicito que me den lejía o desinfectante. Su respuesta es:
"Aqui no utilizamos desinfectantes ni lejías"
- COMO ES POSIBLE QUE NO DESINFECTEN LOS BAÑOS TRAS LOS MÚLTIPLES USOS DE CIENTOS DE PERSONAS???- Me pregunto escandalizado! ????????????
Y la situación fue que YO! Siendo Un huésped, me he encargado de la limpieza del cuarto de baño de un alojamiento! Me he visto en la OBLIGACIÓN DE LIMPIAR EL WC Y DUCHA. Hasta ocho veces consecutivas ya que huelen a ORINA...
por que el alojamiento no es CAPAZ de ofrecerme otra solución. Por tiempo no he podido buscar otro alojamiento y abandonar tan horrible situación para mi familia.
- Jamas me imaginé que iría a un alojamiento y tendría que ser YO! Quien se encargue de la limpieza de un inodoro por que el alojamiento no lo hace... no lo recomendaría a nadie.
La higiene es nula.
