Don't look for a wider range of local specialities, all of them are here and in a wonderful way. Farm cheeses made from raw sheep's milk, sheep and cow mixtures, pure cows or goat's cheese volumes, are combined with traditional cheeses from the Béarnaise valleys, the Pyrenees and the Basque Country. Ossau Iraty, tomette small sheep plain or with Espelette chilli pepper... Soft or powerful, with an assertive or original character, as subtle as they are smooth, they are the flagship of the region. Origin, quality, traceability: here we don't joke when it comes to delighting you and the various gold and silver medals will prove it to you! The store ensures a tailor-made production of trays or slates and it should be noted that you will also find a beautiful section dedicated to Béarnaise preserves and cured meats as well as delicatessen. All this to be tasted with one of the regional wines from the Bacchus Den, of course! One of the most beautiful brands in Pau.
