This store is the palate of the Biraben house and if it is unknown to you, it is simply a part of the local gastronomy. Since 1946, three generations have succeeded in perpetuating the traditional and family know-how that has made ducks and goose the basis of a panel of impressive flavors. Foie gras, candies, magrets, terrines, pâties, rillings: The design is beautiful and every year we love to wait for the novelties. Never disappointing, Biraben remains the certainty of unique tastes and specialties to fall, and it has to be said that the recipes are blessed in the Basque Country, the Landes and the Gers to enrich themselves. Multi-reward at every agricultural fair, medals only certify what the gourmets already know: excellence is being tasted.
