BOULANGERIE J. CHABAT - LA GANTOISE
Since the premiere of the first in 1866 in Gan, several La bakeries have flourished in the Béarn. There are shops in Serre-Castet, Oloron, Idron and Billère. From generation to generation, it is the passion of a whole family that speaks under this brand. Today it was Jean, educated at Lenôtre School, who took the home and offered his innovations. In addition to the very popular breads like the Paris bread, you can also enjoy the wide range of baguettes such as the festive flour from a brand meal or the delicious old stick, with a taste of unleavened bread and its crusts pointus. The house is also known for its pastries: black forest, white lady, opera, progress, pabana, royal chocolate, and for its hot or cold sofas for cocktails.
